My qualifications: BCom Human Resource Management

My profile: I have completed my BCom Degree in Human resource management, I am currently studying BCom Industrial and organisational psychology. I have been with Tokiso for 2 and a half years.

 My job at Tokiso: I administer several functions including, but not limited to, the insurance project, panellists and interpreters, projects, general and office administration. I screen client calls and queries relating to processes, determine the nature of the query and support the team.
